Her work focuses on advocacy, systems-level change, and ensuring that school policies and practices align with legal and ethical guidelines to better support students and parents.

Rebekah completed her doctoral degree at the University of Connecticut and has had supervised experience providing social-emotional and behavioral support to children and families using a CBT approach at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, as well as in completing bilingual assessments within the public school system.
