Heather Copps

Lower School Intervention Specialist

Heather recently earned her Master’s degree in Special Education at the University of St. Thomas. Heather previously earned a Master’s in Education at the University of Washington in the area of Curriculum & Instruction and a bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Oswego in Elementary Education. She has worked as a reading and math intervention teacher for over 20 years in both public districts and private school settings.

Hobbies:

Heather met her husband in Seattle at the UW but moved to the Midwest to be closer to family as they raised their three children. Heather loves to enjoy all the Twin Cities has to offer from its thriving culinary scene to the many music and stage productions all year long. Heather also loves to travel and explore new places. In her downtime, she likes to cook and read novels.
