Erin hails from Duluth, Minnesota but traveled down to Luther College in Iowa to obtain her undergraduate degree in Social Work and Psychology. Following work at various non-profits in the Twin Cities metro, she obtained her Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas/St. Kate’s. Erin then spent over a decade living in Southeast Asia with her family, during which time she re-trained as an elementary school teacher and worked at an international school. Erin is certified to teach beginning readers with O.G. instruction, in addition to her K-6 Minnesota teaching license. Erin enjoys spending time with a good book, being outside in nature, and connecting with her family.
