Ellen Engstrom

Director of Curriculum

Certified Dyslexia Trainer (Wilson Reading System)

Ellen received her B.A. from Wellesley College. She received an M.A. in Education from the University of Rochester and her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Ellen has been a teacher in public and independent schools as well as in college. She was a Lead Education Specialist in the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training before serving as Director of Education and Director of Curriculum at Groves Academy.

Ellen loves reading, attending live theater and music performances, doing Pilates, pestering her grown children, and walking her dog.
