Christina Ritter

Masters in Educational Leadership

Christina has extensive experience in leadership development, instructional design, and strategic project management. Most recently, Christina led strategic initiatives as Director of the BARR Center Network for School Improvement (NSI) project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In this role, she worked primarily with schools in Minnesota, Illinois, and Southern California while building strong partnerships with the Gates Foundation and other prominent organizations. Christina previously served as Chief Academic Officer at Amarillo ISD (Texas), overseeing large-scale curriculum initiatives and school improvement strategies. Outside of her career, Christina enjoys watching college and professional football, reading, painting, and spending time with her pets (Brutus, Ella, and Marbles).
