Anna brings expertise in team leadership, professional learning, and equity-centered program development. With a Masters of Curriculum and Instruction from the U of MN and licenses in Reading, Dance, Communication Arts and Literature, and K-12 Principal Leadership, she has successfully led large-scale district initiatives in Saint Paul, Burnsville and Richfield to strengthen educator training, refine literacy instruction, and expand access to evidence-based learning practices. She is committed to supporting educators in feeling confident, equipped, and empowered to drive student success.

Beyond her professional work, Anna enjoys the outdoors, gardening, live performance, travel and documentaries, and she is excited to join the Groves Learning Organization community in its mission to transform literacy education.
