Meet Our Advancement Team

Alysha Boie
Community Engagement & Events Manager
Education & Experience:  Alysha attended the University of St. Thomas and received her BA in Communication and Peace Studies. She has years of experience in education, including teaching English abroad, tutoring, early learning, adult education, and most recently provided in-home infant-maternal mental health services and parenting education to families within the twin cities. In addition to education and community work, she also has a strong background in event coordination, relationship building, and fundraising for local art-related events. Hobbies:  Outside of work, and when Alysha's not busy with her three boys, Alysha can be found making jewelry, dreaming about traveling, walking our dog, and coming up with new business ideas.

Becky Busselman
Associate Director of Advancement
Becky has spent her entire 16-year career in the non-profit Advancement field, including the University of Minnesota Athletics Department, Normandale Community College Foundation, and Groves Learning Organization (9 years). Linda Domholt
VP of Advancement
Linda went to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where we received her Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science and then went on to the Humphrey School of Public Policy. She has worked in the field of Advancement. Community Engagement and Communications for the last 17 years helping organizations raise millions of dollars for a variety of causes. If Linda is not at work you will find her and her wife at their cabin in Brainerd or visiting one of their children or grandchildren. Keri Olufson
Annual and Planned Giving Manager
Keri attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, receiving a BS in Family Life and Child Development and an MS in Professional School Counseling K-12. She worked as a School Counselor for 10 years and then transitioned to working in events and fundraising for various local nonprofits. Currently, Keri serves on the Board of Directors for Metro Deaf School. Outside of work, Keri and her husband are learning ASL to communicate with their daughter, who is deaf. They spend much of their time going to their cabin in western Wisconsin. Keri enjoys reading autobiographies, decorating her home, and doing landscaping projects.
