Groves Academy

Groves Alum Update with Lina Bergert

I attended Groves Academy for grades 4-7. At Groves, I actually learned how to learn!

At my former school, they didn’t understand my learning challenges, so I wasn’t given the tools I needed.

After I graduated from high school, I wanted to be a teacher and help support those students who face learning challenges—like I did. I currently have my early childhood education and paraprofessional certificates while continuing to pursue my goals.

Without Groves, I don’t know what I would have done, or really, who I would be today. I am forever grateful.
