Clare will guide participants through a process of self-exploration to help students connect their unique interests, skills, and passions to potential career paths. Her approach is “fluid, intentional, reflective, and empowering,” offering insights into aligning strengths with post-secondary options. Clare will also introduce tools and resources to support families along this journey. This workshop is ideal for families and high school students exploring post-secondary education and seeking guidance on the path forward.

Clare Roney has been a licensed Professional School Counselor for 18 years working with young adults. For ten of those years, Clare has been doing Career & Post-Secondary Coaching. For six of those years, Clare worked at Groves Learning Center. Clare is the owner of Achieve Consulting which helps young adults find their “why” as they make informed and meaningful decisions about life after high school. Clare is a mother to three boys and two furry friends. Outside of all the activities and adventures, Clare enjoys early mornings reading, going to the gym, or sipping coffee.
