Weaving together their backgrounds in neurodevelopmental conditions and complex trauma, Dr. Rachelle Hansen and Erin Keto-Shermann will explore the underpinning neurobiology to innovative strategies that transform reactive behaviors into creative problem-solving skills. By integrating trauma-informed care and mindfulness approaches to conflict resolution, attendees will learn how to create supportive, bully-free environments that enhance autonomy and emotional resilience. This presentation will provide practical tools to empower students and the adults working with them, reduce bullying behaviors, and promote a positive, inclusive mindset in educational and therapeutic settings.
